You can change them, they're just linked by default. If you click on the link icon at the top of the limb panel and the one next to width, it should let you change them separately.
The body type additions are really nice and I like the change to the wing claws. The transferring of old designs into the new version works great too.
If it's possible, could I suggest a full screen mode and some snout spikes. Maybe adding new wing types with different segment numbers and possibly a feathered type would be neat too.

Here's a suggestion for the game: Have an option where you can change the background, as well as one to change poses. Maybe even add one where you can give the dragon accessories, like bows or dresses or something like that.

I'm having fun playing around with the many options! May I suggest adding a few short looped animations so we can see the dragons move? I'd love to see a full screen option too.

Some Pokemon as Dragons. Can you guess all of them? (Hint: none of them are of the dragon type nor do they resemble dragons.)
1. They are ordered by number in the pokedex by the way...
2. The longer I look, the more accurate it seems...
3. However, this one probably wins for being the most accurate to me...
